Document content

The entirety of the Ocho Sur group's agricultural operations holds certification under the regenagri® – Farms standard, issued by Control Union Brazil with validity from April 30, 2026 to April 29, 2029. The certifications cover the group's two productive estates: the Zanja Seca estate, operated by Ocho Sur U under certificate N° CU-912767-F (5,970 hectares), and the Tibecocha estate, operated by Ocho Sur P under certificate N° CU-914771-F (6,832 hectares), both located in the Nueva Requena district, Coronel Portillo province, Ucayali department. The certifications attest that the practices adopted at these estates for oil palm cultivation comply with the criteria of the regenagri® – Farms standard, an international regenerative agriculture framework focused on soil health, carbon capture, and the improvement of productive environmental indicators. The total area certified under regenerative practices amounts to 12,802 hectares, equivalent to the entirety of the group's agricultural operations in the Ucayali region.
